Include order number, your name, phone, and email. It is important that you explain problems with defective merchandise.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please indicate if the merchandise is defective. Returned product must
be in original packaging and in pristine condition. Product deemed non-defective and not in saleable condition will not be refunded. The
Spunky Monkey does not charge a restocking fee however shiping is the responsibility of our customers. COD will not be accepted.
